2. Travel and Safari Information
Q: What should I pack for a safari?
A: We recommend lightweight, breathable clothing in neutral colors, comfortable walking shoes, a hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, binoculars, a camera, and a reusable water bottle. For more details, please visit our Packing Guide.
Q: Do I need a visa to travel to Uganda or other East African countries?

Q: Are safaris safe?
A: Yes, safaris are safe as long as you follow the guidelines provided by our experienced guides. Your safety is our top priority, and we take all necessary precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
Q: What are the accommodation options during the safari?
A: We offer a range of accommodations, including luxury lodges, midrange hotels, and budget-friendly camps. You can choose the option that best suits your preferences and budget when booking your safari.
3. Payment and Policies
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept payments through credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. Secure online payments can be made directly on our website during the booking process.
Q: Are there any additional fees or charges?
A: Our safari packages are inclusive of most costs, such as accommodation, meals, park entry fees, and guided tours. However, personal expenses, tips, and certain optional activities may incur additional charges.
Q: Is travel insurance required?
A: Yes, we strongly recommend that all guests have travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings. Please ensure that your insurance policy includes coverage for wildlife safaris and adventure activities.

A: The minimum age for gorilla trekking in Uganda and Rwanda is 15 years old.
