We’ll start the day with an early breakfast and depart the hotel at 7:00 a.m. for a 30-minute drive to Rusizi River. Our tour of Rusizi National Park begins with a scenic boat ride along the river, followed by a nature walk through the park. Afterward, we'll return to the hotel for lunch. At 3:00 p.m., we’ll embark on a Bujumbura city tour before returning to the hotel for an overnight stay.

We’ll begin the day with an early breakfast at 6:30 a.m., then set off on a three-hour drive to Muramvya Province to visit the Teza tea factory and plantations, where we’ll learn about the tea production process. From there, we’ll head to Gitega Province to experience Burundi’s vibrant culture at the Gishora Drummer Sanctuary, while also discovering the rich history of the country.

After breakfast, we will depart the hotel at 8:00 a.m. and head to Rutana Province. There, we will visit a historical site once used by German soldiers during the colonial era in their battles against the kingdom’s army. From there, we will continue to the Karera and Mwishanga Waterfalls, which are often compared to the famous Niagara Falls.
